Audio & Microphone
Radio audio is not intentionally distorted. Audio is passed through the codec and returned to the client.
Legacy Audio Mode is an older, deprecated codec and will eventually be removed.
Microphone Permission Denied
If someone accidentally presses Deny instead of Allow when FiveM requests microphone access:
Navigate to:
%AppData%\CitizenFX
Delete:
media_access.json
This resets the saved media permissions and allows the permission prompt to appear again.
